At the Sept 26th City Council meeting at City Hall, Room 400, 1400 JFK Blvd., we are asking you to speak about the vaccine issue. This is not related to any legislation, but it is to inform city council and the public, as meetings are televised and attended by reporters.
You will have only 2 minutes. Please come with a prepared statement and time yourself at home to be sure that you do not exceed the 2 minutes. At the beginning of the City Council meetings you must sign up to speak. Sign up under any legislation that is listed under (BILLS AND RESOLUTIONS ON SECOND READING AND FINAL PASSAGE”.
The desk where you sign up is on the right-hand side of City Council facing the President’s desk. The person who handles the sign-ups is usually there around 10:30 am, although the meetings officially start at 10 am, nothing happens until 10:30 am usually. Let’s get there at 10 am, it in the back row and talk.
Hope (need) to see you there!
