The purpose of this group is to promote health and physical activity among members of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels. Our team has several personal trainers and experienced martial artists to help people from all walks of life to live healthy, active lifestyles.
At our events, we will exercise together and teach fundamental fitness basics. We will also have martial arts instruction and participation for those who are interested. Our experts are experienced in martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Wrestling.
