For 15 years, Health Rhythms has provided fun, evidence-based drumming sessions that promote community, social connections and ensure a healthy non-strenuous workout. The focus us each session changes weekly to insure a dynamic, new and expanding experience each time you drum. No drumming or musical experience is needed to join this supportive group. As measured and proven by clinical research, program benefits include improved immune function, decreased stress and improved mood.
Participants are usually: 1) Curious about drumming and want a gentle & nonjudgmental environment to explore the experience of drumming 2) Looking for stress relief or overall health improvement 3) Interested in quieting their mind or experiencing relaxation 4) Looking to connect with others socially in a new way 5) Want to enjoy a fun, out of the box activity Come join the evening or day time sessions and see for yourself how good it feels!
