Monthly Meetup - PCEHR and e-health in Australia

Have you got a Patient Controlled E-Health Record?

Do you use the PCEHR as a clinician or business owner?

Are you interested in what opportunities there might be in creating e-health record systems, building in to established platforms or perhaps you already have?

Join us for a lively discussion of a very topical area, especially with the results of the current review expected to be released by this time. Positives, negatives, ambivalence about it- bring it all- this topic brings all people to the table!

Speakers for the evening will be confirmed and announced closer to the date but I have waiting in the wings an all-star cast of presenters on the subject. We're fortunate to have Ocean Informatics joining the discussion to talk about their Open EHR platform, examples of its use and involving clinicians in designing E-health records.

But that's not even all! We're also very fortunate to have Liza Noonan joining us to introduce the NgConnect community to Health Tech Sydney and detail the opportunities that entails.

Remember, we're at Fishburners so there's only 60 places available to attend. As always, please only RSVP if you're actually going to attend, and if you attend, join the conversation!

Let's start 2014 off with a bang!

Great talk. Thanks for organising. I was amazed to see how few of us had signed up for their own e-health record. You can do it here http://www.ehealth.gov.au/internet/ehealth/publishing.nsf/content/home
