2017 Spring Forest Qigong Teacher of the Year, Ann Minoff runs these MeetUps. We'll learn about Qigong and Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ), practice some SFQ movements and conclude with a SFQ qigong sitting meditation followed by Q&A. We hold a Spring Forest Qigong practice group/MeetUp 3 to 4 times a month - no previous knowledge is needed and this MeetUp is Free. We always have new people at the MeetUp alongside regulars.
