This is a group for anyone interested in becoming healthier and happier. I am looking to bring together like minded individuals who want to focus on better nutrition, exercise, weight loss, self-empowerment and improvement. Some of our activities will include Health and Wellness Workshops, Inspiring Exercise Classes, Dancing, Recipe Sharing, Diet and Nutrition Workshops, Meditation Nights, and any other ideas that sound Fun and Educational.
