Are you interested in learning more about healthy living, be energetic and extremely productive? Are you interested in knowing more about naturals ways to optimize our health and minimize the risks of lifestyle diseases, but not sure where to start. This group is for people who want to know more about the many options available in a safe and informative environment. Each meeting will feature a "health advocate" providing educational information on what the modality is, the history and research behind it, what to look for, watch out for, ask questions about, and most importantly be there to answer your questions. Topics includes: Healthy Lifestyle Essentials, Bridging Nutritional Gaps, Kids' Nutrition, Water Quality Awareness, Allergies and more!
We will have Workshops/Clinics to practice healthy living, such as Health and Fitness assessment, Goal Setting and Achieving Results, Flexibility Training, Skin Analysis and more!
