This is a group for people looking to take new steps (including baby steps) in different areas of our lives to achieve a new level of health in our bodies. We love to discuss topics of healthy food, meal planning, general nutrition, gardening, exercise, sharing recipes for DIY home made (non-toxic) products, or other ways to educated and encourage each other to live healthier lives.
