There are so many exciting developments in the health field and there is definitely something for everybody. Come along, socialise and learn something new. Different topics for each meeting, laughter yoga, breathing techniques for extra energy, energy clearing tools, tasty superfoods are just a few of the ideas I have. Your ideas welcome!
