Breakfast Fit For A King


We'll start our meal plan for 2022 on January 16 with a breakfast supper. Ideas and tastes for a filling , not your ordinary but healthy breakfast. We'll sample a taste of oatmeal/flax/chia with almonds and plant based milk. Add to that a delicious plant based omelet with fresh veggies, with a side of sweet potato, carrots, garlic and butternut squash. We also include a high protein taco with rice, beans and a few other ingredients.

Finish off the meal with a delicious tropical fruit smoothie with dragon fruit, mango, passion fruit, avocado and key lime juice coupled with an energy bite of crunchy peanut butter, dates and coconut.

Cost $5.00 per person at the door.
