“ I attended my first NPR Books meet up event on November 16th. I was excited about discussing the books and the topic of religious intolerance with a group of fellow readers and was disappointed that there were only two of us. Seven people had RSVP'ed and sadly, five were no show's. The good news was that I did enjoy the conversation with the one person who did show, nice meeting you Judy! I was assured that this does not happen often. I will attend December's event with the hope there will be a lively discussion with a larger group and evaluate from there. JL ”
