We'll be kicking off an 8-week Intro to Chan Meditation Sessions started from Oct 19 to Dec 14 (Every Saturday Morning 9:30-11:00 am, No class on Nov 30th ), The classes will cover:
• Step-by-step meditation instructions
• Fundamental teachings of Chan Meditation
• Integration of body, mind and spirit in everyday life
• We will also go through the basic Qi-Gong exercise "Eight Brocades" during these sessions
Classes are free! People from all experience levels welcome!

We have sitting mats. We also have chairs if you prefer to sit on a chair during meditation.
