Heart Rhythm Meditation gives us the tools to more effectively manage stress, improve health, transform relationships, and achieve meaningful accomplishments. We practice heart rhythm meditation together as a group monthly in Bakersfield, led by experienced teachers. This group meets the second Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
