(always plenty of that)... you want more to be. Sometimes we get lost in the "to do" and forget to just "be". Heartcore yoga is a weekly time-out practice you design for you. I guide you through breathing, relaxation and gentle yoga poses that will stretch and strengthen your heart, mind and body. There is opportunity for everyone from beginner to beyonder to practice here. This is not a fast paced, cardio workout but rather a slow burn with periodic physical challenges to keep you mindful of what's important to your personal needs for stretching and strengthening outwardly and inwardly.
