Dress comfortably, yoga clothing is ideal, we practice barefoot. Bring a mat, towel and water. You may also bring yoga accessories, such as blocks and an elastic fitness band. Expect the first session to be primarily about breathing and tuning into the mind/body relationship. This may be slow for some and challenging for others, however hang in as we progress through the weeks you will find the exercises, postures and pace can be adapted to your needs.
