Heartfulness is a simple and subtle system of meditation with over 4 million practitioners worldwide. Heartfulness meditation is a practical technique focused on the heart that helps us, through the development of consciousness, to find inner calm and reduce stress. The easy-to-learn techniques are appropriate for people from all walks of life.

Heartfulness practices are taught free of charge in over 150 countries worldwide. This practice is supported by a large volunteer base, research centres and over 10,000 certified trainers.

ONLINE series of workshops in English take place every week from Monday-Friday at 8 PM.

In the current challenging times, Heartfulness Belgium is going live on Zoom with a series of workshops in English where we will explore various relaxation and meditation techniques. The sessions will be aimed at people who are new to this meditation.

To commemorate International Day of Yoga on 21st June this year, Heartfulness Institute Belgium is launching a 2 week meditation program in English. In case you are new to meditation or would like to try out a new meditation practice or even would like to regularise your existing meditation practice, feel free to join the program. The program consists of series of 30 min meditation sessions in the mornings from 7:30 am CET everyday starting from 14th of June (Monday) till 27th of June (Sunday). Feel free to share this message with your family and friends who could be interested in it.
