Meditation on the heart has unique benefits. It allows us to tune in to our heart, and develop intuition, compassion, kindness and love. As we embrace a Heartfulness way of living, we develop a more meaningful understanding of life as it unfolds around us. We feel positive, appreciative and joy from life in all its expressions.
Our aim is help people integrate meditation into their lives and experience inner contentment.
