Buddha was asked: “What have you gained from Meditation?” He replied: “Nothing.” “However”, Buddha said, “let me tell you what I lost : Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old Age and Death.”
Heartfulness meditation is heart based meditation using Yogic transmission (Divine Energy utilised for transformation of Human Beings). By tuning in to our heart, we learn to be centered in our Highest Self. We strengthen that connection and cultivate an inner knowing that wisely directs and guides our lives. We grow to face the challenges of life with courage and acceptance. We live by the heart, and become what we’re meant to be.
