Whether you are joining because you want to relieve stress or increase well-being, or perhaps you yearn for a deeper connection and realization of your inner-self, you are invited to experience the Heartfulness Meditation, and feel the difference this practice will make in your life.
In this session, you will be participating in a weekly 1 hour remote meditation session starting at 9:30 am every Sunday. This weekly meditation session is for practicing Heartfulness Meditatiors.

This meditation is remotely conducted by a trainer who sits during the duration of the meditation with the seeker. This helps in deepening the meditation experience. When meditation is over, you will hear "that's all". At that time you can open your eyes and note any difference that you feel in your diary. There may be an audio or video talk played afterwards, which you are welcome to attend if you like.

For free on-demand transmission-assisted meditations, feel free to sign-on to the Heartfulness app and you will be paired with a trainer.
A daily meditation routine works best with a cleaning process done during the evening and is available on the Heartfulness website.
