Tibetan Bowl Relaxation/Meditatio­n Hour

Give yourself a stress free hour of relaxation while balancing your body and energy field. This meditation is an amazing journey into the world of healing and relaxation.

The sound and vibration from the Tibetan Bowls enters your body and subtly aligns, balances and unblocks any physical and emotional pain or illness you may be holding on to. The sound and vibration will align and clear your chakras and energy field while you relax and listen to the Bowls, Gongs and Chimes. You may also connect on a spiritual level, as I hold the space for you in this safe place.

The bowls and gongs work in a very subtle way to move and clear your energy so you don't even know it's happening. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and stress free. You should also sleep well.

If you are coming for the first time and are a little unsure and have never heard the bowls before, you will feel very relaxed and comfortable. You will want to come back again and again.

Bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat and water. You may bring a yoga mat/cushion for added comfort if you prefer. Bring an extra pillow if you need something under you knees or feet. Wear comfortable clothes and come with an open heart.

The energy exchange is $15.00 for walk in sessions. You may also choose to purchase a “Healthy Sessions” punch card, which is $65.00 for 5 sessions.

Please note that this session starts on time on the hour. It is important that you come in before "the clock strikes the hour". The door is locked and there is no entry once the session has started. I recommend that you get there 10-15 minutes early to get settled and ready.
