• Let's Go on a "Walk and Talk" + Picnic Lunch

    Let's Go on a "Walk and Talk" Together! Walking outside in nature is a great way to relieve stress. Talking to others who are willing to listen also improves how you feel. We'll pair up and go on a short walk and share and listen to one another with an open heart. Sounds somewhat scary? Don't be nervous! Remember we are all just human, and this will be a judgment-free zone. Afterward, we will have a nice picnic. Lunch included. We will ask if there are any dietary needs and restrictions as the date approaches. Please dress warm or bring a sweater. Note: We do our best to keep this a safe space so please any invites of friends must be registered member of the MentalHappy community before attending. See you soon!

Unfortunately, most of us are having fear-based, resistance filled negative thoughts. 2020 is a new year, new mindsets but changing habits takes practice. This month we are focused on Positive Self Talk! Food & Drinks will be served — vegetarian and Vegan options.
