Helsinki Meditation Group explores the convergence of meditation and scientific findings. We discuss how we can use meditation, neuroscience, and psychology in everyday life.
If you are unsure if meditation is for you, but you would like to try it, you should definitely join. We discuss many different traditions and try different methods. As Buddha says: "don't believe what I say, come and try it for yourself".
