MARTIAL ARTS: The best of Chinese, Japanese and Philippine Martial Arts, for awareness, coordination and self defense. Classes are light and fun and safe. and there is no such thing as a mistake because the universal principal of the Yin/Yang concept is always applied to real life situations. you will learn the use of the Phillipino pocket stick, the household broom ,and what environmental weapons are.

AWARENESS : The mental and physical preparations [ When to walk , talk or engage ].
Understanding the moral , ethical, and the legal aspects of self defense.

ANATOMY : Specific visual aids from " The Medical Implications of Karate Blows".

SOME BASIC CONDITIONING : Right and left side coordination with emphasis on good ergonomics, posture and breathing.

HANDICAPPED/WHEELCHAIR : All disabilities welcome.

ALL CLASSES are taught by Grand Master Brian Adams . Professional Martial Arts and fitness trainer since 1962.
