What we're about

I will lead everyone through a short yoga flow, meditation, journaling session, and optional sharing circle. I would like to bring together a supportive community of people that are going through a hard time, just need to talk or are looking to be lifted up. I am creating this event because we all need a judgment-free outlet... I know I do! Simply talking and journaling about what we are going through may alleviate some of your pain. Bring a journal, pencil or pen, yoga mat, towel, and water bottle! We will be outside, so please dress for the weather.

The purpose of this community is to:

1. Allow a safe space for us to talk about what is bringing us down.

2. Give each other tips on how we find happiness and stay healthy.

3. Connect with our true self and find self-love.

4. Create friendships with like-minded people in the South Bay.

IMPORTANT: I have my RYT-200 license but am not a medical professional and have no other certifications. We will be sharing best practices to feel better, but in no way will be giving any medical advice. Please make sure you consult with your doctor if you think you suffer from depression, anxiety, or any other mental illness.
