■Inbal (Naggar) Arieli:Head of the 8200 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support Program.
Inbal served for several years as Head of Legal Department at modu Ltd., an telecommunication company. Inbal was a member of the initial establishment team of modu and of its senior management team.
Inbal served as Lieutenant, in the Intelligence Division at the Israeli Defense Forces. She was Head of faculty at the IDF's Intelligence Officers' School and Head of a professional intelligence team, in a highly advanced technological environment, at the forefront of Israel's intelligence effort.
Inbal graduated with a B.A in Law (LL.B.), a B.A in Economics and an MBA (Specialization in Strategy and Entrepreneurship), all from the Tel-Aviv University.
■Shmuel Chafets:Director of business development at Giza VC
Shmuel Chafets joined GizaVC in 2009 as Director of Business Development. His role includes building local and international partnerships, assisting portfolio companies in fundraising and working with government institutions as well as developing investment infrastructure outside of Israel. Shmuel is a member of the Giza Internet investment team and focuses on consumer-facing companies. Shmuel has led investments in Soluto, GraphCast (Visual.ly) and The Elevator (a TechStars affiliate). In addition to his roll in Giza, Shmuel is a partner and member of the investment committee in GPV, a Giza-sponsored Warsaw-based early stage venture capital fund.
