Let’s get together for a weekly Sunday afternoon walk. It’s easier getting high walking in nature than with medical marijuana.
Besides, walking comes with more benefits and no side effects, unlike most medications. Benefits like better physical and mental health. Better posture. Improved flexibility and balance. Whether you are seven or in seventies, walking is easy and help us stay away from many therapies and medications.
High Park is large enough to give us a good brisk walk for an hour with good variety in scenery. Ponds, fresh leaves and flowers - not far from fallen trees that merge into earth they rose from.
