    Let’s get together for a regular weekly Sunday afternoon walk. It’s easier getting high walking in nature than with medical marijuana.

    But unlike most walks, here you will notice and absorb the healing power of nature around you. A spiritual feel. Call it NATURE CONSCIOUS Walking.

    Besides, walking comes with more benefits and no side effects, unlike most medications. Benefits like better physical and MENTAL HEALTH. Better posture. Improved flexibility and balance. Whether you are seven or in seventies, walking is easy and helps us stay away from many therapies and medications.

    High Park is large enough to give us a good brisk walk for an hour with good variety in scenery. Ponds, fresh leaves and flowers - not far from fallen trees that merge into earth they rose from. 

    We may meet after the walk for a bite at the restaurant

    Did you notice as 3-year olds we learnt from lying on our backs to sitting, then standing, walking, and running, leaping and climbing , ALL without anyone teaching us how to move. but as adults, we need doctors, trainers, therapists to teach us how, how much, when, where, how fast, how far, how hard, all of which we somehow knew as we respected our body's capacities without letting our ego, guilt/shame and self-congratulatory rewards that we introduce as adults and STILL find it hard to stick with it?
