As a highly sensitive individual, being on the right path of your individual life mission can be especially challenging. Understandably, you tend to get overwhelmed and distracted from yourself. However, once you understand the messages of your body and soul, you can learn to keep the attention to yourself and create thoughts that enhance movement towards fulfilling your unique life mission. You will even be able to work with energy and feel connected to life permanently . Fulfilling our individual life missions will amplify our collective life mission, of which one is to take care of the Earth’s growth. The Earth is on her way to becoming a new world. We need to shed the ‘old’ people we were and change ourselves into a new type of human being that is worthy to live on this new Earth. Our high sensitivity is leading us in the direction of becoming this new man. Our collective life mission is to unite and create. I hope you will join me in this mission.

Als hoogsensitief persoon kan het vervullen van je individuele levensmissie een uitdaging zijn, omdat je de neiging hebt om overweldigd te raken en afgeleid van jezelf. Echter, zodra je de boodschappen van je lichaam en ziel begrijpt, heb je geen moeite meer om de aandacht op je eigen energie te houden en gedachten te creëren die bijdragen aan het vervullen van jouw levensmissie. Je zult zelfs in staat te zijn om met energie te werken en je te verbinden met alles wat leeft. Wanneer we werken aan onze individuele levensmissies, werken we automatisch ook aan onze gezamenlijke levensmissie, namelijk zorg dragen voor de Aarde. De Aarde maakt in een rap tempo een proces van fundamentele verandering door. Om mee te groeien met de Aarde, moeten wij leren om een nieuw soort mens te zijn die deze nieuwe Aarde waardig is en er ervoor kan zorgen. Door onze hoogsensitiviteit zijn wij al een nieuw soort mens. Onze collectieve levensmissie is dan ook om samen te komen, onze verbeeldingskracht te gebruiken en te ontwikkelen om de perfecte Aarde te creëren voor allen. Hopelijk voel jij dit ook als je missie.

Every moment, in every interaction, in every situation, there are different aspects of you that show themselves. At the same time, you grow every moment. How do you let go of the parts of you that you used to be but don’t serve you anymore? Who would you like to be? Through some exercises and a meditation you’ll find out what you need to discover the answers to these questions yourself. You’ll also be able to connect to the essence of you, or your authentic, higher or true self through sensing self. You will discover what is blocking you from being your true self. Summer exercise: Tai Chi at Beatrixpark

Tai Chi is the ‘slow’ form of the Chinese martial arts. When you’re highly sensitive and highly gifted, practicing Tai Chi can be beneficial to you for the following reasons: - Performing the art of Tai Chi will regulate your energy system through the stimulation of natural breathing and meditative movements; - Tai Chi keeps you centered; - Tai Chi keeps you focussed on your own physical sensations; - Tai Chi teaches you about the natural processes in the universe and how to yield; - Knowing the functionality of the movements will help you in selfdefense and enhance selfconfidence. Curious about it or already familiar? Come practice this wonderful art with me at Beatrixpark in Amterdam every Thursday morning this July. I aim to incorporate understanding the movements and selfdefense techniques as well as the philosophical aspects and meditative techniques behind Tai Chi. Practicing this martial art everyday keeps you centered and gives you a general sense of tranquility about life. Although the movements are slow, daily energy level will actually rise. You will be able to distinguish between inside and outside, and be more capable of recognizing boundaries. You will feel more connected to life and have more confidence self and life. Do you have the feeling that you don’t have enough time on your hands in a day? You have so much to do and everything seems important. You try to do everything, but end up doing nothing or not enough. Being highly gifted and/or highly sensitive can make you prone to wanting to do a lot in very little time and ending up in disappointment. In our minds time is lineair. If time is a concept in our minds, we can change our minds about time and shape time in such a way that it benefits us. Because time is a natural process, we must take into account natural processes inside and cosmic ones outside of us in the way we perceive time. We must learn to work together with time as if he were our friend. Understand through exercises how you perceive time and change beliefs that block you from flowing through time. Learn through meditation with intention how to plan ahead according to your natural rhythm and at the same time trust intuition. Let’s together clear the collective field from unnecessary thoughts about time. You will be able to work together with time to boost activities in your life mission.
