Hike Blue Hills - Skyline Trail

Difficulty Level: Strenuous.

Time: Approximately 2 to 3 hours.

Apologies, changing the time to 11 AM EST so a friend can join us on the hike. I haven't found a volunteer to carpool for the drive back I would like to switch this to the following:

THIS HIKE IS GEARED FOR MODERATE-to-ADVANCED HIKERS with respect to distance and rocky elevation. Please read the full description below:

Start at Rt 138 near the Dunkin Donuts.
Hike the Blue Skyline Trail to Elliott Tower. (VERY STRENUOUS!!!!!)
From Elliott Tower trek the Blue Skyline Trail (North or South) to the State Police Parking.
Back up to Elliot Tower via the Blue Skyline Trail (North or South).
Hop on the Red Trail Loop back to Elliot tower.
Back down to Rt 138.

We will wait for everyone. If you choose to break away from the Group at any point, then you are on your own.

RECOMMENDED GEAR: Water, snacks, food, gloves, proper shoes for hiking, proper clothing for WINTER weather conditions.
