I'll guarantee this hike to be beautiful! You'will feel accomplished and renew your sense of wonder.
The "Long" hike.begins at the Dias Ridge / Panoramic Highway trail head.... but the majority of both options will be on the Dipsea and Coast View trails. The 7.5 mile hike has 1500 ft of elevation gain, the longer hike an additional 700 ft (and we climb that in the final two miles).
