ABOUT:

This is an intermediate/advanced level conditioning hike composed of a looped route with a mix of trails and sidewalk/bike paths, along with some not too long but fairly steep hills. We will pause for a short break on top of the final hill to enjoy the view, but otherwise maintain a consistent quick pace. This hike is for those who have recent hiking, running, or other advanced cardio exercise experience (stair stepper or treadmill on 5-20 degree incline). The trail is dog friendly.
