Beautiful hike! We need to do this in the summer so we can take our time and enjoy all the beauty.

Great hike the 14 miles isn't terrible because the hills were short lived. However I do think we need to be a little more organized with the group. This is a moderate paced group, for those of us who can't keep up with the faster paced groups. So we need to start making sure no one is hiking alone, stopping at junctions and letting others catch up, so we know they turned the right way, or if they need to turn back, everyone knows. Other than that GREAT DAY!

Pam, Jo and I are coming from the North, we can go through Maple Valley and pick you up in Enumclaw. Where do you want us to meet you? Deborah, we will meet you at the trailhead, if that works for you.

Yes, I think that is where Pete's Pool was, many years ago. It will be about 50 min from where Jo picks me up, so yes around 7. I will email you my cell #.

Hello everybody, I am not able to make it, since I do not have a car and the buses do not run Saturday morning so that I could meet you somewhere on the way. It is a pity...Have a good hike

Deborah, I live on the East Hill of Kent and instead of driving to Bonny Lake I'd like to meet you in Enumclaw, would that be possible?

Jo, If you are planning to head down I-405, would you be able pick me up at the Newport Hills ParknRide? Right off of I-405, just south of I-90?

It is a possibility we might hit a little snow higher up? We will hike as long as everyone is comfortable.

I'm in! I'm a slow and steady type. I was planning to ride with someone at Bonney Lake. I don't have a Northwest Forest Pass. I've got a CamelBak and quick dry ready to go.

As usual, if you bring a dog please ad it on as a guest. He / She will count as hiker in group. I have added my dog, but if he is taking up a spot and someone wants to come I will leave him at home.
