What we're about

We're all about combing the outdoors with yoga here at Hikyoga Denver!

Hikyoga is the perfect way to embrace nature, be active & have fun! Expect to follow a trail 1-3 miles in length, pausing for yoga &/or meditation and taking moments to absorb the gift of being outside. We'll explore trails in and around the Front Range ranging from urban hikes in the city to short hikes in the nearby mountains.

We all know nature is good for us & Hikyoga provides you the opportunity to improve your body, mind and soul. Spending time in nature genuinely lifts your mood and makes you happier. It significantly increases your sense of well-being and overall energy while reducing stress and negativity.

Combining the benefits of yoga with the benefits of immersing yourself in nature creates the ultimate recipe for leading a stress-free, happier and healthier lifestyle. So please, if you love the outdoors, enjoy yoga & are seeking opportunities to destress, refresh and be renewed, join Hikyoga on our next adventure! All levels are welcome.
