We're all about combing the outdoors with yoga here at Hikyoga Denver!
Hikyoga is the perfect way to embrace nature, be active & have fun! Expect to follow a trail 1-3 miles in length, pausing for yoga &/or meditation and taking moments to absorb the gift of being outside. We'll explore trails in and around the Front Range ranging from urban hikes in the city to short hikes in the nearby mountains.
We all know nature is good for us & Hikyoga provides you the opportunity to improve your body, mind and soul. Spending time in nature genuinely lifts your mood and makes you happier. It significantly increases your sense of well-being and overall energy while reducing stress and negativity.

We'll combine several park trails to cover roughly 2 miles enjoying the ice covered Bear Creek & surrounding mountains. The winter environment provides the perfect backdrop for appreciating CO nature in its most raw. The trails offer several ideal spots for pop-up style yoga, which only means we'll be able indulge in the stillness that is the outdoors.
Get outside and experience Lair O the Bear Park near Morrison, CO!
Meeting Location: We'll meet at the trailhead adjacent to the parking lot.
Meeting Time: Check-in starts at 10am. We will start promptly at 10:05 am.
Important Details: No yoga mat necessary. Bring water & a few layers as the weather in January can be chilly. This trail is rated as "moderate" in difficulty.
