“Life is amazing. And then it's awful. And then it's amazing again. And in between the amazing and awful it's ordinary and mundane and routine.

Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That's just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life.

And it's breathtakingly beautiful.”

~ L.R. Knost

Join hands in a circle of friendly people to sing sacred phrases from the world's wisdom traditions while dancing simple movements. It will feed your soul, release stress and improve your immune system. Together we form a living energy mandala, and imbue it with a vibration of peace that radiates out to the world. We call these singing, moving prayers "Dances Of Universal Peace".

We have a core group of people who are not on Meetup, so there will be many more people attending than you see in RSVPs. We don't care if you can't sing or dance or arrive on time - just come when you can and do what you can!

We welcome children. No experience necessary. Everything is fully taught in minutes. No need to bring a partner. You may want to bring a water bottle. People are welcome to dance in shoes, socks or barefoot. Always live music.

Donation requested to help pay for hall rental & other expenses. Out of respect for those who are chemically sensitive, please limit or abstain from fragrances.
Dear Friends~

We continue to be amazed and humbled by this life and the universal love that is everywhere present. Our program this week will include a Celtic dance that honors the Summer Solstice. We look forward to sharing the Dances Of Universal Peace with you this Friday!

~ In Peace,
