Whether you are brand new to Hip Hop or are a dancer looking for a fun way to burn calories, this group is designed to share all the classes, workshops and special events for those who love to dance and work up a sweat.

Jen offers weekly Hip Hop Cardio classes for Beginners and Advanced Dancers alike, and also teams up with some of the DMVS most talented dancers for special Hip Hop Fitness Events.

Hip Hop Cardio - Advanced Beginner

Ready to level up your work out? This high-energy class is designed for students who have at least one year of experience in Hip Hop or Hip Hop Cardio. Take on the challenge of more advanced movements and combinations at a faster pace that will have you burning up to 1,000 calories per hour! This class is ideal for dancers who love a challenge, are looking to lose weight, increase stamina, all while having so much fun the hour (and the calories) will fly by before you know it! *Prerequisites: One year of dance or Hip Hop Cardio class experience *Open to Ages 16 -99 *Space is Limited.
