THIS EVENT WILL BE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 11am-4pm
Come visit the historic Vannatta Farm to see historic preservation in action. The house and outbuildings are in the process of being restored and the farm is a wonderful window into our Nation's agricultural heritage. The farmhouse will be open (c.1760's) along with the summer kitchen (c.1810) and the magnificent 40' x 80' bank barn (c. 1824). There will be War-renactments from the French and Indian War period along with open hearth cooking demonstrations and other live demonstrations.
