Help the Seattle Public Library define local history and have a latte on us!

Dear History Cafe Meetup member,
The Seattle Public Library needs your help to improve the way we preserve Seattle's culture and history.
Whether it's capturing the history of Boeing or the history of the 12th Man, the Library is committed to collecting information and providing programming about what makes Seattle unique--and making it easy for people to access, study and experience the history and cultural heritage of our city.
Join us for a spirited small group discussion about Seattle's culture and history--and what the Library can do to define it, collect it and make it accessible to our patrons and visitors.
Where: Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave
When: March 19, Wednesday from noon to 1 pm
We've hired a local research company, Paradoxes Inc., to conduct this discussion on our behalf.  Please note there are a limited number of spaces available, so if you are interested in participating, please reply to by March 17.  Once we're received your email and confirmed a space for you, Ryan Bostick of Paradoxes Inc., will send you a confirmation email with all the details.  In appreciation of your time, you'll receive a $5 gift card from Chocolati at the end of the session.
Want to know more about what we're currently doing to preserve Seattle culture and history? Visit our Special Collections online or our Neighborhood History Project. Special Collections online or our Neighborhood History Project.
Thanks for your help!
