What we're about

Do you love to ride a bike? Do you live in Hoboken or nearby? This meetup group is for you!

We will meet to ride as people expect of a cycle meetup!

But more importantly, we will set up meetups to learn bike repair or other bike related things that not everyone knows. Follow that up with more riding, we’re a bike group!

We welcome cyclists of all ages and skill, and can’t wait to see our community response!

We will be riding on the pathways along the Hudson River on the Jersey side!We will utilize bike lanes to keep cadence if necessary or we may enjoy the waterfront views on the pathway! Bring your bike and meet the crew across from Lisa’s Deli at Brandt School by the bike racks where we will start the ride. *Helmets are highly encouraged for your safety!* IF you are driving into Hoboken allow extra time to find parking. Note that on Sundays all of the metered parking on the street is free! You can also park at Lincoln Harbor and ride south along the waterfront into Hoboken.

Hoboken Critical Mass Light Up The Night Bike Tour

Lights on and ready to go?!?! Introduce yourself and let’s ride! Get your tires pumped. Brakes tightened and most importantly..... Get your lights bright! All lights! As you know headlights and taillights are a minimum for night rides. At the moment, it’s all I have on my bike! What I do intend is to ride with the crew and turn this into a monthly ride! Have you guys heard of a critical mass ride? Originating in San Francisco in 1992 and in cities around the world. From 20 riders in small cities to 80,000 riders in Budapest! I’d love to see the turnout. Check out the Wiki link. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Critical_Mass_(cycling)
