Learn Helping Factors in Meditation

It is like math in which two plus two equal four.  The science is perfect.  It is we who do not perform it accurately.  Let us take each step and then you can decide for yourself what is interfering with your progress. We need to look at our pose and at keeping our body and mind still, we need to look at our concentration, we need to look at our repetition of our mantra, and we need to look at our gaze. We also need to look at our ruling passion and zeal.  Then we need to look at our diary.  All these components go to make up successful meditation
