We offer classes such as Guided Meditation, Yoga, Holistic Health Education Workshops (nutrition, lifestyle choices, mental wellness, etc), Stress Management, Support Groups, Personal Development Programs, Conscious Living Programs, Breathwork, and pretty much anything transformational for the mind, body, and soul.

This meetup group formerly met at the Peaceful Living Center in the Avondale/Riverside area of Jacksonville, FL, but has transitioned to multiple locations around JAX, including Tehlia's Pilates and Soluna Yoga+Spa!!

Vinyasa Yoga

Soluna Yoga + Spa

This is an energetic yoga class, combining Vinyasa (movement with breath) with a Hatha practice (longer held postures). Each movement and posture will not only focus on building strength and flexibility in different parts of the body but will also still the chattiness of the mind, leaving the student feeling fully rejuvenated from the inside out. Natural warmth created in the body from this practice will help soften the joints and tissue to increase flexility and strength. This style of yoga is rooted in the fundamental principles of breath and alignment. Different options to access each pose will be given so all levels of students can attend. This is a mindful yoga, flow practice. Benefits: Strengthens core, balance and endurance. Provides a cardiovascular workout as well as a peaceful mind. Good for: For those who want to increase muscle strength and flexibility, lose weight, and enjoy a good challenging, mindful practice. These classes vary from 60-75 minutes. Please check the schedule to see the length of the class you wish to attend and pre-register for. This class is not intentionally heated however it may get warm from breath+body movement. Bring your yoga mat, a face towel, and a water. Suitable for all levels, this class encompasses classical aspects of Hatha Yoga, including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation an more to allow the body and mind to reach a state of equanimity. Benefits: Create balance and inner peace. Increase strength and flexibility. Breathe better, learn how to meditate, and offer your mind+body a blissful experience. Good for:For those who want to increase muscle strength and flexibility, loose weight, enjoy a good challenge, and/or take their practice to the next level. This class is 75 minutes. Yin Yoga

Soluna Yoga + Spa

Yin yoga is a gentle, simple, (yet not easy) grounding practice which focuses on the deepest connective tissues including joints, bones, ligaments, cartilage and fascial bands within the body. Through long held relaxed postures, we safely stretch and soften these tissues. Long holds aid in improving flexibility, increasing circulation, removing blockages by stimulating the energy meridians (chi or prana), which are believed to help improve immunity, organ health and emotional well-being. At Soluna, yoga is not merely a physical exercise, but is practiced with the intention of expanding our mind/body awareness.
