Our All-Levels yoga class caters to all students, whether you are trying yoga for the first time, returning to yoga after a break, or an experienced yoga enthusiast. Incorporating yoga poses, or asanas, from multiple styles and lineages, will ensure you leave class feeling uplifted and ready for your day. With dedication and commitment, you can improve your strength, flexibility, and balance - in both the body and the mind.
