Kelly's focus will be on Reiki, Chakra Healing, Young Living Essential Oils, Qigong, Detoxification/Clearing and the principles of the Wellness Inventory to find balance in 12 dimensions of a Holistic Lifestyle; Self Responsibility, Breathing, Sensing, Feeling, Eating, Moving, Thinking, Playing/Working, Communicating, Relationships, Finding Meaning and Transcending. <br>
