Below is more information on the two marketing sites I mentioned last night. I'll use story cartel in the coming weeks to launch my second book; plan to use rafflecopter soon, too.
"As a thank you for being part of Story Cartel, we're offering book launch tokens for 50 percent off for the first week of Story Cartel 2.0's launch. This offer will expire after March 26. If you'd like to purchase book launch tokens, you can get them through the link below.

The good news is that you can buy these tokens now and launch your book whenever you feel like it. The better news is that there's no risk: if you don't get any reviews on your books, we'll refund your money."

As I mentioned, if you are looking for a source of inexpensive cover art, my daughter Stephanie Bollinger is looking to expand her portfolio / resume. She will create custom art for you to use on your book jacket but she retains the rights to the art (so she could later release it in a book, or sell prints, or...). You need to pay her a nominal fee for her time (baby sitting rates), credit her in your book and give her a copy of your book (to backup her resume). Should you want to reuse the art for direct marketing of your book, that would be included. Here is some of her art but not all
