Next Meetup

The physical group training program conducted by our GT Personal Trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. This group exercise class mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This typical fitness boot camp is done outdoors, but sometimes they are held in a gym or fitness facility. This particular one will be done on the beach.

“This is a group for anyone interested in fitness, health, workouts, bootcamps, yoga, motivation, weight loss, toning, cardio, outdoor workouts etc. All skill levels are welcome. We started this group to meet other fitness and wellness enthusiasts. Looking forward to exploring the outdoors with everybody.”
