During the tough times presented to us by the pandemic Covid19, we can e-meet to do our workouts together. Anyone currently at home interested in pursuing workouts as a group can join. The events will be structured at the level of the participants. The focus of these will be able to do bodyweight workouts without going to gym as well as focus on immunity building to face the Covid19 challenge.
We can discuss our health concerns, develop training adaptations to workouts, habits and diet to stay focused with the workouts. Exploring applying exercise science in our workouts and diet is the objective of this group.
