Calling wine lovers in New England...Did you know that, by law, a two-person household can produce 200 gallons of wine per year for its own consumption? A hobby winemaker for many years, I am hoping to form a community that will support each other in learning more about wine, winemaking, wine blending, food and wine pairing, bottling and packaging, etc. I have just created a "mobile micro-winery" and hope to use it to promote home winemaking. I am hoping to put together affordable workshops where people can learn, share and take advantage of my equipment and access to grapes and juices from around the world to make and bottle their own beverages.
