Every Ramen restaurant or Ramen master have their own special recipe for their Ramen-soup, such as how much chicken bones and pig bones must be simmered for how many hours, or which vegetables and seasonings must be added in, and so on. In most cases, it’s too complicated to recreate the taste at home, since it’s their trade secret!
Here we will share you the Miso Ramen with confidence, which is a homemade version. It is no need to prepare specific ingredients, no need to simmer for a long long time, however I bet you will love the thick, blown soup with a rich, complex flavor. Let’s make Miso Ramen together!
