These circuit training classes are small group (less than 10).  This means you get LOTS of time with the trainer.  It really feels like you have a personal trainer! Classes are 60min long, 10m warm up, 30-35m circuit, then a cool down. 

It's a combination of functional strength exercises, core, mobility and cardio.  it's the BEST workout for people needing to take advantage of one hour!  It's jammed packed!  There are progressions to every exercise, a way to make it easier and ways to make it harder. It's quality over quantity here at Honest :)  This allows us to work with ANY LEVEL. 

Because the classes are small there will be lots of opportunity for modifications if need be :)
