I’m a level 2 practitioner and would like to invite you to join me in an informal and friendly tapping group. If you are new to EFT you can learn the basics quickly and acquire a technique that will set you on the path to emotional freedom. If you are already an experienced tapper you will no doubt have previously experienced the effect of ‘borrowed benefits’ in a group setting.
What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a simple and effective healing system that uses a gentle tapping technique (not needles) to stimulate traditional Chinese acupuncture points. The discovery behind the method is that 'the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system'. Tapping on the acupuncture points while focusing on the negative emotions clears the blockages, allows energy to flow freely again and relieves you of the emotional issue.
