Tell us about your story telling experience.

I tell stories informally when I get the setting feels right--I like to share stupid things I've done and mistakes I've made, particularly if they're tragic or funny. I haven't formally told any stories, but have wanted to improve my ability.

Tell us about yourself.

I try to see life as probabilities and motivations. Normalcy isn't so important, so being an expat suits me, because I'm expected to be different.

Tell us what you'd like get from joining a story telling group.

I'd like to improve my story telling ability, perhaps learning about the formal theory I'm not clever enough to glean when I listen. I'd like to get in the habit of telling stories more often, and of noticing and remembering the story-worthy events in my life.

I read everything I can, and drink too much coffee but not enough alcohol.
